Abstract:The sin of online games industry comes from the high irritating, charming and viscosity
feature of online games. There are countless young IADs and shocking crimes caused by online games fa⁃
natics in current china. As an emerging cultural industry, online games industry needs to develop, but
more to be standardized and controlled as a special industry. The ideal model of governance is to let de⁃
velopers and players have self⁃control of the hot intensity and gaming time, however, the ideal way be⁃
comes inefficient and futile because of the players’ irritating preferences and the industry’ s interests
driving nature. Therefore, governmental regulations, legal control and social supervision are needed to
limit the hazards into an acceptable range both for players and the society.
