Cultural Philosophical Analysis of Educational Institution Modernization

Abstract:In the light of cultural philosophy, the core and the deepest connotation of educational in⁃
stitution modernization is modernization of human beings, which is ultimately embodied in the institution
culture transformation, a fundamental reform in living ways of teachers and students. It is therefore neces⁃
sary to review and criticize the non⁃modernity of the present institution culture and rebuild it based on
man’s existence and development, and realize the transformation from a culture of experience, common
sense and affect suitable to traditional agricultural civilization to a culture with rationalism and humanism
as its core harmonious with modern industrial civilization.
