Abstract:The de⁃administration of universities is not only a systematic reform, the reconstruction of
political power or the re⁃distribution of outer profits, but also cultural remodeling, moral baptism and
self⁃cultivation of private personality. Teachers, as stakeholders, have due responsibilities so that they
could neither stay out nor attempt or accomplish nothing. They should use the self de⁃administration to
promote the de⁃administration of the school. Once teachers keep themselves away from excessive earthly
profits, pursue academic accomplishments and stick to the independent personality of literati, the most
in⁃depth and significant de⁃administration of universities can be realized.
