Abstract:Educationinformatizationisquitesignificantfortheprofessionalization,self-direct-
edprofessionaldevelopmentandself-realization.Withtheanalysisofpracticalchallengesinthe
processofeducationinformatizationconstructionofruralteachersinChina,namely,thelackof
co-operationbetweentop-layerdesignandgovernmentalorganizations,over-relianceonfinancial
investmentfromgovernment,theseverelackoflearningcontentssupplyandthefailureofthe
planofeducationinformatizationconstructionofruralteacherstomeetpracticalneeds.Rural
teacherssupportplanputsteamconstructionofruralteachersinthefirstplaceandthusprovides
importantdevelopingopportunityforprofessionaldevelopmentofruralteachers.Thispaperde-
pictsthegoalofeducationinformatizationconstructionofruralteachers,i.e.,fromuniversalac-
cesstouniversalservice.Educationinformatizationconstructionshouldbereinforced,medium
andlong-termdevelopmentstrategyshouldbemade,marketshouldbeopened,theolddevelop-
mentmodeofrelyingtoomuchongovernmentshouldbechanged,emphasisshouldbeputonca-
pacitybuildingandthecombinationofgovernmentandpeople,andmobilizationshouldbemaxi-
mizedtorealizeuniversalservice.
