Abstract:Thecompetitionbetweencountriestodayisfocusedonthecompetitionoftechnolo-
gy.Duetothehistoricalreasonsofemphasizing“science”over“technology”,aftertheimplemen-
tationofnationalmanufacturingpowerhousestrategy,Chinaꢂscurrentattentiontotechnologyis
particularlyprominent.InsuchabackgrounddoesChinaputforwardcraftsmanspirit.From
technicalphilosophy,theconnotationandcomponentsofcraftsmanspiritarethespiritsoftech-
nologyandexcellence.Spiritoftechnologyincludesthespiritofcreationandinnovation.Starting
fromtheternarytheoryofscience,technologyandengineering,itcanbeconcludedthatcrafts-
manspiritistheclassattributeoftechnicalcollegesanduniversities,andthecultivationofcrafts-
manspiritintechnicalcollegesshouldbecultivatedandpromotedinaccordancewiththecompo-
nentsofcraftsmanspirit.
