Populationaginghasbecomeaglobalissueweallface.Communityisnotonlyaphysicalspacefor
peopletolivein,butalsoaculturalandspiritualspaceforpeopletoliveandinteractwitheachother,
wherepeople’sbody,lifeandemotionsresideandrest.Thelocal,convenientandneighborlynatureof
communityeducationandcarefortheelderlyisthebestfieldforactiveaging.Theintegrationofcommuni-
tyelderlyeducationandcarereferstovariouselderlycareandeducationentitiesinthecommunityutilizing
resourcescollaboratively,promotingthecomprehensivedevelopmentoftheelderly’sphysicalandmental
well-being,continuouslyenhancingtheirqualityoflife,andtherebycontributingtotheconstructionofa
harmonioussociety.Thisprocessconstitutesaframeworkofcommunityintegrationforelderlyeducation
andcarethatemphasizessubjectcoordinationasthecore,institutionalcoordinationasthefoundation,in-
tegratedcoordinationofresourcesandassessment,aimingtoenhancetheelderly’saccesstovariousforms
ofcapitalsuchashealth,participation,andsecurity,whileembodyingthevaluesofshowcasingexcellent
traditionalChineseculture,pursuingholistichumandevelopment,andmeetingtherealneedsoftheelder-
ly.Currently,theintegrationofcommunityelderlyeducationandcarearefacingsuchchallengesassubject
fragmentation,contentsegregation,andashortageofprofessionalstaff.Itisimperativetodevelopstrate-
giestoaddresstheseissuesthroughthefusionoflegalandself-governingmechanismsatthetoplevel,the
integrationofinterestsandresponsibilitiesinthemechanism,theintegrationofphysicalandlifeaspectsin
thecontent,andtheintegrationofdiversificationanddigitalizationinthemethods.

TheclassificationsystemforinternationalChineseeducationreferstoarelativelystableformofChi-
neseeducationfromaglobalperspective.Itsconstructioninvolvesthesummarization,positioning,and
systematizationofthecharacteristicsofvarioustypesofChineseeducationalformsaroundtheworld.In
theClassificationofInstructionalProgramsforGraduateEducation (2022)bytheMinistryofEduca-
tion,“InternationalChineseEducation”isindependentlycategorizedasaprofessionaldegreeunderthe
fieldofeducation,proposingnewresearchtopicsforthisdiscipline.Theclassificationsystemnotonly
servesasthefoundationofthediscipline’stheoreticalsystem,butalsoprovidesatheoreticalbasisforthe
top-leveldesignofglobalChineseeducationdevelopment.BasedonacomprehensiveinvestigationofChi-
neseeducationalformsworldwide,thispaperintendstoconstructtheclassificationsystemfromtheper-
spectivesofspatialdistribution,educationalsettings,educationalobjectives,educationalnature,acquisi-
tionsequence,languagestatus,technologicalapplications,andteachingmethods.Itverticallyrefinesthe
classificationsystemlayerbylayerandhorizontallyclarifiestherelationshipsbetweenparallelandcross-
fusion.DuetothecontinuousdevelopmentandchangesininternationalChineseeducation,theclassifica-
tionsystempossessesopennessanddynamiccharacteristics.Thispaperconstructsa“3+N”classification
systemforinternationalChineseeducation,whichconsistsof3mainlevels,14maintypes,andseveral
basictypes,providingaframework.Thispaperalsoelaboratesontheconnotations,constructionideas,
