    Through an outsorting of the developmental venation of procedure justice, this article deeply analyses its origin and its profound intension, holds that its developmental evolution has its inherent logical law and, following its logical line comes up with a standard system of procedure justice, which conduces to feasible route choice and system measures for Chinas procedure justice system construction.
