中文摘要：
    为了全面分析评价“复印报刊资料”法学系列期刊的学术影响力和在法学研究领域所发挥的重要作用，本文在获得CSSCI收录论文的数据基础上，研究了“复印报刊资料”法学系列期刊转载的论文情况，统计了这些期刊所转载的论文在CSSCI中的被引数量，计算它们的影响因子，并与其同类期刊的影响因子进行了比较。

英文摘要：
    For a comprehensive analysis of and comment upon the academic weight as well as the important role they play in jurisprudence research of the seven jurisprudence editions of Fu Yin Bao Kan Zhi Liao (Reprint of Newspaper and Periodical Articles), this article, based on the CSSCI data, analyzes the articles reprinted in the seven editions, counts the CSSCI citation of the reprintedarticles, calculates their influence factors and compares the factors with those of similar journals.
