    我国实现城乡一体化，进行社会主义新农村建设与发展农业循环经济之间具有密切的关系，二者是相辅相成，有机统一的。要在发展农业循环经济“三原则”指导下，推广资源节约型农业技术，促进农业集约化生产，实施农业循环经济需制定相应的保障措施。

英文摘要：
    In realizing integration of urban and rural areas in China, building socialist new countryside and developing agricultural circular economy are closely related, supplementary to each other and organically united. Under the guidance of the “three principles” of agricultural circular economy development, we must popularized naturalresourceeconomizing agricultural technology, promote intensive agricultural production, and formulate corresponding insurance measures to practise agricultural circular economy.
