    当代中国法律解释学比较偏重于对西方理论的介绍性研究，而忽视对本国司法经验与智慧的研究。这主要表现在对司法过程中所累积下来的案例缺乏系统的研究。我们没有看到：法律解释学不仅要关注法律解释及其方法，更主要的是对已有的法律解释结果的反思。对判决的研究是法律解释学的最重要内容之一。

英文摘要：
    In Chinas contemporary legal hermeneutics research, emphasis is laid on the introductory study of western theories with neglect of Chinas own judicial experience and wisdom, which is mainly embodied in the lack of systematic study of the cases accumulated during the judicial process. We fail to realize that legal hermeneutics is not just concerned with legal interpretation and its methodology; what is more important is reflection upon the outcome of legal interpretation. Study of judicial decisions is one of the most important content of legal hermeneutics.
