    文史资料工作是人民政协工作的重要组成部分，具有统一战线性质。它产生于统一战线，发展于统一战线，是政协履行职能、巩固和发展统一战线的重要手段之一，是一项有益于今人、惠及后世的文化事业，在服务于社会主义建设和祖国统一的伟大事业中，具有重要的作用和意义。本文以四川省《甘孜州文史资料》的第1辑到第22辑为例，从“存史、资政、团结、育人”的角度，分析与阐述了该资料编纂的时代背景、作者群及其作用与意义。

英文摘要：
    Historical account compilation, an important part of the CPPCC work of the united front, is one of the important measures for the CPPCC to perform its function and consolidate and develop the united front. In the perspective of “historycollecting, politics-conferring, solidarity and personnelcultivating”, an analysis as well as an elaboration is made of the historical background, writers, role and significance of Gan Zi Zhou Wen Shi Zi Liao (Historical Accounts of Ganzi Zhou), with its first issue to twentysecond issue as example.
