    Scientific theories once mastered by the masses of people become a great force for social reform. This article centers on the theme of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and combines theory and practice, to further understand and master the spiritual essence and basic intension of scientific development view and discuss its great significance in thinkingunifying, forcecondensing and unifiedleading of the overall situation of economic social development.
