    自然科学与人文科学的发展是相互促进的。但自然科学的高速发展特别是自然科学的广泛应用也带来许多问题。如人类健康的新问题、人类安全问题、人的德行发展和价值取向受到巨大冲击、“数字化”和“公式化”对人文科学发展的影响、“人类中心主义”思潮带来的对人类生存环境的严重影响等。我们应全面发展自然科学，不断提高人类把握自然科学的能力，发扬科学精神，树立科技伦理观，促进自然科学与人文科学的和谐发展。

英文摘要：
    The development of sciences and the development of humanities are mutually promoting, but the highspeed development and wide application of sciences result in quite a few problems, such as the impact on the issues of human health, security, moral integrity development and valueorientation, the effect upon humanities development of “digitalization” and “formulism”, and the serious influence upon human existence environment of “humancentralization”. We should develop sciences comprehensively, enhance human ability of mastering sciences constantly, promote science spirit and establish science and technology ethics, to promote the harmonious development of sciences and humanities.
