Abstract:WithChina暞sexport灢orientedstrategyasthebackground,thisstudyexplainsthe
internationalizationstrategyofcompaniesinChinaandotherdevelopingcountriesfromtheper灢
spectiveofentrepreneurship.Differentfromthewidelyacceptedexploitativeandincremental
viewpoints,thisstudyemploysthetheoreticallensoftheneo灢internationaltradetheorytoexam灢
inethenontraditionalinternationalizationofChinaandotheremergingmultinationals.Basedon
therelevantliterature,weconductatheoreticalanalysisonthisnon灢traditionalinternationaliza灢
tion,andfindoutthatcorporateentrepreneurshipplaysacriticalroleindrivingChinesecompa灢
niestoglobalization.WeconcludewiththepolicyimplicationsforChina暞sexport灢orientedstrate灢
gy.
