Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofinternationaleconomy,pre-establishmentnationaltreat-
mentbecomesaboominthefieldofinvestmentattheendofthe20thcentury.Theforeignin-
vestmentmanagementmodeof“pre-establishmentnationaltreatment+negativelist”hasgradu-
allybecomeanewtrendofinternationalinvestmentfield.Underthebackgroundofreconstruc-
tionofrulesofglobaltradeandinvestment,Chinashouldfollowinternationalpractice.Basedon
China’seconomicdevelopmentanddemandofinvestingabroadandattractingforeigninvest-
ment,investmentmanagementmodeof“pre-establishmentnationaltreatment+negativelist”
shouldbeadopted.
